MAD Athletic Development collects the athlete’s name, a parent/guardian name where given, contact email, phone number and any notes you provide when you sign up for membership. We use that information solely to hold your athlete’s place, contact you about the timetable, and process your Direct Debit via Stripe.

We do not sell your data. The only parties we share it with are Stripe (to collect payment), our membership database (Supabase), and the providers we use to send your confirmation email and SMS.

We do not store card or bank details. All payments are processed by Stripe, who handle payment data under PCI-DSS compliance — we never see or store your account details.

We measure how the site is used through Vercel Web Analytics. It counts page views and where visitors arrived from, and it does so without cookies and without any identifier that could be traced back to a person or a device. Nothing you enter on this site is passed to it, and there is nothing to opt out of.

You can request your data be deleted at any time by emailing morgan@madathleticdevelopment.co.uk.
